Gail Cameron is the Founder and Managing Director of the IE Group with more than twenty five years experience as a leadership coach.
A Fellow of Trinity College London, Gail’s proven consummate skill has enabled her clients to lead, direct and motivate with confidence. Her scientific approach to leadership coaching and communication skills development has been internationally acknowledged as the best programme of its kind. A Lebona ‘Women of the Year’ nominee, Gail also appears in the book ‘Inspirational Women’ as well as being a Finalist in South Africa’s Most influential Women In Business and Government for 2008. Her company The IE Group came second in the Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year in 2007. An internationally acclaimed speaker, Gail has addressed the IABC’s conference in New York in June 2008 on Authentic African Leadership and in San Francisco in 2009 on The Impact of EQ in Business. Gail returned from Toronto a week ago, where she addressed the International Association of Business Communicators on “The Quantum Physics of Leadership Success”. Gail’s book Voice Excellence was published in 1994. Her passion to develop African leaders resulted in her forming a partnership in Nairobi where her programmes are now offered throughout the rest of Africa.

Wilfred Robinson

Wilfred was the Managing Executive of Absa Private Bank from 1997 to 2005. His responsibilities included researching the concept of private banking globally and to move from a desktop study to full implementation. He managed the Private Bank in its entirety reporting to the Board. His responsibilities included all functions such as products, people, place, promotion, IT, finance etc. In 2006, Wilfred was appointed CEO of the Across Group Holdings where he has been responsible for growing the company to increase shareholder value. He was appointed as Non-Executive Director to the IE Group (then, Image Excellence Group) in 1998 where his contribution in terms of strategy and finance has been invaluable.

Karina Lemmer
Coaching and Training Director

Karina holds an MA in Applied Linguistics and qualifications in performance studies. She has been involved in research projects and has published in the SA Journal of Linguistics and the Voice and Speech Review. A qualified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) instructor has been speech, voice, language and communication skills training, working with corporate clients in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Kenya. She is the Associate Editor, South Africa for the International Dialects of English Archive and lectures in Speech Sounds and Dialects at Tshwane University of Technology. Karina has delivered papers on voice, language and speech in the business context, at both academic and business conferences. Karina has also been involved with the University of Johannesburg and the University of Pretoria, as a guest lecturer in voice systems, presentation skills and related subjects.

Alexia Benic

Alexia obtained her B-Tech Drama from Tshwane University of Technology in 2006. Her final Thesis' research focused on the training of accents, as well as the benefits of drama for children. She worked with American director Lesley Ferris as Voice and Accent Coach on the production “The Crucible” and has taught at various primary schools throughout Pretoria. Alexia joined The Image Excellence Group as a Specialist coach in voice and communication in 2006. Her leadership potential was recognised from inception and Alexia was promoted to Operations Manager in January 2008.

Kay holds post-graduate qualifications in psychology and neuro-psychology. He is a Transformational Life Strategist, facilitating his client’s progression toward a chosen and authentic life, guided by enabling values. Kay also specialises in Emotional Intelligence (EI), stress management, and resilience building, drawing on a blend of unique techniques honed over many years of coaching.
He creates a structured, facilitated process with tangible outcomes’ indicators being set together with the client as markers/indicators for the desired change and transformation.
Both individual coaching sessions and workshops are used as platforms for change that clients want.

Mike is a professional engineer working as a Project Management Consultant in Florida, USA. His work involves new venture development and claims resolutions support in the engineering and construction industry. He has led teams internationally, particularly in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa involving infrastructure projects including water and waste-water, power and distribution, and oil & gas projects. Mikes military career provided him with his academic education and his leadership experience.
Mike’s proven results in staff development with diverse groups in difficult conditions is extremely valuable in highly technical environments. His passion for communication and natural ability to build relationships is his key contribution to successful teams. He provides services to engineers to help them translate their offerings into new projects, new ventures or enhanced project management. He also coaches and mentors where required to ensure professional development.

Dr Marth Munro
Stress Management Specialist

Marth Munro is a certified Movement Analyst (CMA) from the Laban/Bartenieff Institute for Movement Studies in New York, is a teacher of the Lessac System of Voice and Movement and has a PhD from Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education which dealt with the female performers’ voice. During 2006 Munro was recognised by the National Research Foundation (South Africa) as a rated researcher. She is also a Hatha Yoga Teacher (SA). She publishes in popular and scholarly Journals. She frequently teaches workshops for actors, singers, musicians and role-players in the business community. Her creative works include directing, acting, singing and writing. She is currently enrolled in a “Professional course for sound therapy and sonic meditation”.
Marth specialises in guiding performers of all walks of life towards optimal and centred function and expression. During this she focuses on the interaction between sensory and physical awareness, breath and the integration between body, voice and emotion.
Marth works closely with a qualified Neurofeedback practitioner and registered industrial psychologist with over 18 years experience in the field of people management.

Ronelle Huddy Industrial Psychologist

Ronelle registered as an industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa in 1998. An early interest in the use of assessment tools led her to specialise in the use of assessment tools for the identification and development of work related skills and abilities and over the last nine years she has been able to develop these skills in some of the best known consulting firms in the industry. Ronelle has extensive experience in the design of Assessment Centres. During the course of her work she has developed a number of competency-based assessment tools for use across different contexts and has also earned accreditation to use various psychometric tools with the view to providing a holistic and integrated approach to assessment. Given Ronelle’s work with senior managers she has evolved an interest in the development of leadership ability and is currently focusing on using the assessment and development of Emotional Intelligence to this end. Ronelle joined the IE Group in 2006.
