COACHING EXPERTISE:
I help people speak, lead, and communicate with ease, confidence, and authenticity by aligning voice, body, and message. Through voice work, embodiment, and presence training, clients learn to:
- Communicate with clarity and authority
- Regulate nerves, stress, and performance anxiety
- Strengthen vocal presence and expression
- Connect more deeply—with themselves and others
- Remove habits that limit power and impact
- Show up authentically in high-pressure environments
My work blends coaching, theatre practice, mindfulness, dramaturgy, and the Alexander Technique to support growth that is grounded, sustainable, and transformative.
