Leadership Maturity

This Leadership Development dimension aims to provide leaders with individual tools and strategies customised to their specific needs. Through this process, leaders are equipped to better understand how they make meaning of their world, to build internal capacity for leading people and decision making, and to function at an optimum level with more ease and skill in this volatile and uncertain environment.  The Personality Profiling tool utilised provides insights into the leader’s personal and leadership style, what is required to take their functioning to the next level, and how to achieve greater integration personally and professionally by balancing personality traits. The Leadership Maturity Profile will provide an understanding as to what stage of maturity they are operating at, as leaders. We work with this as a Map to deepen their self-awareness, understand their abilities and limitations, and to explore practical tools, to guide them through their journeys of transformational change, successful engagement and implementation.

“Each stage has a purpose in our lives; if offers a dimension to who we are. There is an ideal minimum stage of maturity for leaders.”

“In adult life, we can move into different stages every 5 years or so. There are exceptions to this though.”

“However, our capacity to lead and deal with complexity and change, does increase as we move into higher stages of maturity.”

“As leaders, our people do not have to be clones of us. Some may never get to, or even want to be at your maturity stage.”
