Time Management

The purpose of this module is to explore techniques and tools in the planning and exercising of conscious control regarding time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. During this session we will create a time schedule of your current daily activities and do a comparative assessment against your high priority goals for the short term. We realise that unless we allocate time for priority objectives, they will not be met efficiently nor to the required standard. The areas of focus for time management will include:

  • Prioritization
  • Assertion
  • Goal setting (Short and Long term)
  • Tracking system (Daily and weekly)
  • Discipline and Commitment

Remember that regardless of the size and complexity of your goal if you give the right amount of effort and focus consistently you will attain them!
