Grammer’s Bachelor of Theology degree from Unisa has enabled him to perform general counselling, marriage counselling, stress management counselling as well as work related counselling. His Dale Carnegie Instructor Training from Dale Carnegie Institute has enabled him to conduct Sales Training, Customer Service and Leadership Training. This Instructor Training Program included coaching the participants during training sessions.

Consultant, specializing in Sales and Customer Service training, as well as coaching salespeople on implementation of trained concepts; coaching managers, after being trained on how to coach their teams for improved performance based on Salespeople trained concepts. I also conduct in-field coaching, where I accompany the salesperson to the client, observe them conducting a sales meeting, and then coach after the meeting. I also accompany the sale manager on their coaching session, where they coach the salesperson on agreed competencies.

I started my training career at Dale Carnegie, where I was trained and licensed to train their courses, which included: The Dale Course, Sales Course, The Leader in You, Managing through People, Train-The-Trainer, and Customer Service.

My career and personal growth were enhanced when I joined a company that was specializing in Presentation Skills training. I spent more than five years developing and empowering people on general presentations, Sales Presentations, as well as Customer Service. I also coached some of the trained participants after the training.

I obtained a Theology Degree from Unisa. I am an ordained Pastor for the Lutheran Church. I conduct general counseling, pre-marital, marriage counseling and conduct Marriage Enrichment Workshops.
