The ability to express your thoughts, feelings, and needs clearly, confidently, and respectfully—while also respecting the rights and opinions of others.  Learn the difference between passive, passive-aggressive, and aggressive styles through recorded role play simulations and express your ideas in a non-destructive way that is self-honouring.
