Kylie has more than 20 years’ experience in coaching executive leaders in South Africa.  Her qualifications in education and membership of the Umalusi Accreditation Committee Council and Adult Vocational Education and training Committee have positioned Kylie as a leading expert in education and training.  As a leading pioneer in emotional intelligence Kylie has collaborated with academic specialists to develop an  EQ assessment tool EvolveEQ that is relevant for SA conditions.  Kylie is also passionate about developing and implementing quality management systems to manage people, processes, projects and performance and is involved with ETQA and SETA legislative requirements.  Kylie’s extensive experience include:
